Do credit scores transfer from other countries?

If someone just moved to the US from another country, will their credit history from their home country transfer over?

Despite Equifax, Experian and TransUnion having credit bureaus all over the world they do not transfer the information across boarders. Because of that, your credit scores don't transfer either. You'll need to establish credit in this country.

I lived abroad for 4+ years and nothing I did in Europe was reflected in my credit history in the US. I was paid but a US company, so my salary information was recorded here.
