I've been using Mint.com for almost 2 years now. There are too many pros to list, but the cons are that you can't manually enter transactions, link up transfers, or budget for expenses that are not in the current month. It has a hard time properly identifying transaction categories. I personally think it tries to have too many categories to choose from for expenses, and it is too focused on transaction level accounting rather than presenting the 'big' picture to me in an easy to read/follow way.
Overall, for a free platform, it's hard to find something else out there that meets my needs any better. I'm sure there are plenty of people that question it's design, security, etc, but I'm pretty easy-going with technology and internet-based systems, so Mint.com suits me well.
