Another alternative is to hire a third-party rental screening company. When submit a signed from your potential tenant and pay them a modest fee, they can pull your potential tenant's credit on your behalf.

You can't pull a credit report from a credit bureau unless you have an account with them. I would suggest that you ask them to buy their own reports and FICO scores and simply print
them and give them to you. It's much easier that way.
