1) increase income (extra job, overtime, get accounts receivables paid)

2) reduce outgo (entertainment, clothing/shoes, cars, vacation, cell phones, eating out, cable TV)

3) sell stuff (cars, motorized toys, etc)

3) pay the net of 1) , 2) and 3) on your debt

A budget and sticking to it will be very helpful.

You should consider a debt snowball where you pay off one debt and then apply that debt's payment to other debts until they are all paid off. You can start with either the largest interest rate debt or the smallest debt out of all your debts. Pay one off and then just keep rolling the debt payments onto the next debt building the snow ball bigger and bigger until all your debts are finally paid off.

Payoff the credit cards, then cut them up. Also, you'll never really make progress unless you make a committment to pay more than the required minimum. Paying the minimum will just keep you indebted for years and years. Just what the credit card companies want. Also, remember, credit card debt is unsecured, so think long and hard about paying them off by refinancing your home. You are trading unsecured debt for secured debt. I would never recommend this to a client. www.wealthmanagement1.com
