A basic Will can cost as little as $25 plus the fee for a Notary to witness to thousands of dollars if you have a complicated estate. It is best to consult a lawyer in your local community that knows the laws where you reside.

Basic will: goto legalzoom.com and pay about $30 for a state specific and do it yourself.
