Income Property Expense Managment Software

I have 4 condo rental properties to manage on my own and like to shop for a simple and useful software to help me track my rental collection and expenses spent on each of them. I read about mixed reviews of the Quicken Rental Property Manager 2009. May I know other than Quicken, what other choices do I have?

SimplifyEm.com Property Management Software Setup is simple and fast. The site will help you maintain property income and expenses, and identify commonly underlooked tax writeoffs. It also produces a Schedule E report for your income taxes. Take a look at: www.simplifyem.com

One of the services that I have always enjoyed is TheCompleteLandlord.com they not only have property management software, but they have access to a lot of other do it yourself forms and such as well. Bill Lederer the founder of TheCompleteLandlord.com is also a real estate investor. The price of the premium membership is quite affordable as well--$19.95/month. You can test drive it for free.
