Heather Zaczek asked 8 months ago in Health Insurance

Is there a HSA provider that doesn't charge a monthly fee?

I currently have my HSA with HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank. They have a $2.25 service fee per month that the balances is below $3k. I'd love to switch to a provider that doesn't charge monthly fees. Any suggestions would be great!

American Chartered Bank in Illinois has a no fee checking account offering debit card and checkbook access to your funds.
They also offer a CD and Mutual Fund investing account for a fee.

Heather... I completely understand! It's such a rare product right now that most of the providers fees are too much... the one I was told was Bancorp, but when googling 'no-fee HSA' I did have several results. The one thing I've heard is that customer service at some of these banks isn't great, so it may be a local or bank that specializing might be worth some cost.... good luck!
