Hey there AJ,
I have done many loans for foreign nationals in the United States from many countries including the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the Philippines. Here are the basic criteria for foreign national loans inside the United States.
- Full Documentation of Income and Assets only. Using any compatible documentation as the U.S.
- 2nd home purchase & Rate and Term refinance only. Cannot purchase an investment property here in the USA.
- 75% LTV to conforming loan limits. Conforming loan limits are $417,000 in most of US. Some designated "High Cost Areas" have loan limits to $729,750.
- No Social Security Number or Credit required.
- Must provide 4 letters of credit from your country of origin

Hello I would like to know more information about what you mention (loans). Would you be so kind in letting me know the way I can contact you? Thanks!
