Hi winchester1943,

Health insurance is regulated by individual states. Thus even the same carrier can have different expenses and cost structures depending on the state in which the policy is issued. Moreover, different customers will see different changes with the same move.

You will need to contact your carrier or agent directly to see how your rates will vary.
