Thanks for the response Kristen. I've tried Quicken a few times but find what happens are the "credit" charges from my debit card sneak up on me since they do not show up right away on my statement.

I've asked to have it removed and WaMu acted clueless and said I could have them transfer money from my savings, for a fee (I laughed), or set up a line of credit.

Sounds like I need to figure out a better way to keep on top of the charges that I forget about, as well as find a new bank that doesn't nickel and dime me.
