WE ARE RENTING TO OWN THE OWNER HAS HOMEOWNERS INS WHICH WE PAY IN WITH OUR HOUSEPYM WE ARE INTERESTED IN GETTING HORSES ON THE PROPERTY WHICH IS PROPERLY ZONED FOR WOULD THE ORGINAL HOME OWNER BE RESPONDIBLE FOR ANY INJURY CLAIM OR COULD I TAKE RENTERS INS PLOCIY OUT FOR IT TO COVER IF ANNJURY WERE TO HAPPEN I HAVE POSTED NO TRASSPASSING SIGNS UP

There are two kinds of insurance you'd want with horses -- basic homeowners, which would cover a hoof through a window -- and liability, which would cover someone trespassing getting kicked by a horse, getting their leg broken, and then suing.

Have the original homeowner check their liability policy -- they will certainly want liability coverage here. It depends on the specific policy of course, but I don't think most renter's insurance are going to cover this.
