Reverse Mortgages

My Grandmother is 74 and has been having some financial troubles. She gets tons of mail about these reverse mortgages, they look too good to be true! How do they really work and what should we look for when talking to someone about these "New Reverse Mortgages?"

Whew! That is a thick question!!! Reverse mortgages can be a wonderful financial planning tool for folks over the age of 62. I used to host a radio show titled "Talking Dollars & Making Sense" Here is an interview I did on the topic.
