This answer is from Selling a house but the profit is not hers she did not put down any of the deposit is she entitled to it?

If she is listed on the deed or you are in a community property state, and you do not have a prenuptial agreement or other written agreement concerning ownership of the house, she is probably entitled to a share in the profits even if she did not contribute financially to the purchase.
