does your company have a 'corporate compliance hotline' or a Human Resources Manager? IF you have the corporate complaince hotline I would call that first. This will guarantee your concern is logged and appropriate parties will be involved. If not, I would then (depending on your corporate climate) go to the HR manager to log a complaint. Be specific with them by giving them exact examples of the what's, why's, how, and who else has seen it - in writing. Be specific in your request of how you would like it dealt with and then see what kind of time frame they give you. If that doesn't work you can always turn to the governement associations that can help.
