Dave Hanson and I just wrote about what's going on with closed-end funds in the current market environment over on the closed-end fund discussion page. Check it out here.

The Wall Street Journal reported last week that investors have been jumping out of closed-end funds and driving their price down. This article is worth a read: Investors Dump Closed-End Funds.

Hope this helps,
Kristen

Hi again,

Brett Arends wrote a nice piece in the Wall Street Journal today that you might want to check out. It touches on closed-end bond funds - why they've fallen - and why they might be a good opportunity in the future. Check it out here: Now's The Time for a Portfolio Do-Over
