One of the largest insurance companies in the world, New York City-based AIG – American International Group – offers numerous insurance and financial services through its several subsidiaries. Units include AIG SunAmerica, AIG American General, ownership in 21st Century insurance as well as reinsurance operations, real estate, aviation leasing and investment products.
In September 2008, AIG was given an $85 billion line of credit from the U.S. government and required to sell off units in order to pay down the line.

With all the changes I would say not at all, and they don't even tell their employees about all the changes they have made or make it easy to find out if you are inquisitive , they hold the employee responsible for it, deny your claim, and fire a few employees because of it so that they 6 year old can have a new pool in their 3rd vacation home.
