It has an excellent customer service. Very responsive. I used them for years but their auto insurance rates became too high compared to competition so I finally switched. I think Life Insurance from AIG is a great deal because it has a total assurance of security and safety. Due to my life insurance policy from AIG, I can lead my life with full of hope of brighter and secure tomorrow. So that I can live tension free as well as happily ever after.
With all the changes I would say not at all, and they don't even tell their employees about all the changes they have made or make it easy to find out if you are inquisitive , they hold the employee responsible for it, deny your claim, and fire a few employees because of it so that they 6 year old can have a new pool in their 3rd vacation home.
