Allegis Credit Union is the most unprofessional, dishonest, careless bank in Kalamazoo. Over the course of five months, bank tellers at Allegis let an unauthorized employee of mine withdrawal over $17,000.00 in cash out of the company checking account. This lady was not on my signature card nor had she ever been, but the tellers "never figured ***** would be stealing and that they thought they were doing me a favor". A favor that nearly cost me everything I have ever worked for. They are now forcing me to take them to court to try and get my money back for something that was one hundred percent avoidable if they would only have followed procedure. No tellers got fired, no money was ever reimbursed, however, I did get a "were so sorry this happened". They also wont give me a letter of denial from the bond company saying the claim was denied or offer anything to me. They have been nothing but dishonest, rude, and unwilling to pay for something that they admit was their fault.
