AmTrust Bank

AmTrust bank has proven to provide much more efficient & quick service compared to large bank competitors.

I also have had nothing but problems with Amtrust Bank. My wife is listed as the sole owner of our home. I manage our finances and pay the bills. Whenever I call Amtrust, they refuse to discuss the account with me. My wife faxed a letter of authorization to the bank which was supposed to be noted on the account. I called several days later and was able to discuss the account with a representati…ve. I called today to find out why Amtrust has not paid my October 1 tax bill yet and the tax representative refused to discuss the acount with me. She also refused to transfer me to her supervisor.
I called the corporate headquarters and wound up leaving voice mails. I am now waiting to see if I get a response let alone any satisfaction.

I have had nothing but trouble with this bank from day one! I gave them a shot and left my account open for two years before I finally gave trying to deal with them and moved my money to a different bank!

Best bank by far with WOnderful employees that actually CARE about their customers!
