I closed all my accounts after many years with them. Worst bank ever. No I didn't have overdraft fees or anything like that. I had a checking account and 3 credit cards. Because of a mistake that they made and would never admit to is why I closed all my accounts and it did not have anything to do with a fee that I was charged. I keep excellent account records so that will never happen to me but to me a mistake that impacts you r credit even if it doesn't cost you anything is worth leaving since other mistakes may lead to fees that from what I read from other people would be inevitable. I highly recommend that people do some research before dealing with Bank of America. Everywhere I go I here complaints about them. Wake up everybody and stop giving your money away to corporations like these.
