I have been w/the BOA for many years now. I have never had any problems w/them. No one else can touch their on-line banking. It is so easy to use & everything is there if you take the time to look---fees, product questions, etc. You can even have a live chat on their site if need be. I have never had any overdrafts, but then I keep track of my account. The bank cannot know what I have outstanding. It amazes me that peopIe think they should get money for nothing (overdrafts)---that's called a loan. I will say that there is an occasional issue w/a nonattentive employee, but that is, unfortunately, common anywhere you go. By & large, my experiences have been good. I would most definitely recommend BOA.
