Awful. They ALWAYS clear the largest transaction first, never mind when you actually made that transaction. They will find any and every way to charge you an overdraft fee. They charged me $300 in overdraft fees 4 days before I lost my job. I called and begged to get that money back, explaining my situation, etc. and they only gave me back $100. That was it for me, I closed my account in person at the local branch only to get harassed by the manager about it. ('where are you banking now? what are their overdraft fees?' -- None of your effing business!) Later on I found out it was NOT closed because there was still supposedly a DOLLAR in the account. I kept my receipt that said my balance was zero! I had to call twice within 10 days to get them to finally send me a stupid one dollar check and close it already. THEY ARE THE WORST!

They keep that one dollar in there so that they can charge you an account fee!
