Went to close Countrywide CD today, went to the BofA branch in Pacific Beach - San Diego, CA. (name removed) told me that they would have to mail me the cashier's check, then she called someplace, then she called the help line. She had no idea how to do the transaction and had to be walked through it, then she took me up to the teller to get the cashier's check, because of course they can issue me a cashier's check, didn't want to give me my ID back because per her words "the teller needs to know who she's releasing the funds to" well since another branch employee walked me to the teller she didn't even ask to see my ID. When (name removed) told the teller that a CD is being closed the teller actually responded "Absolutaly NOT" her name was (name removed) . This was totally unprofessional! When I called to speak to the branch manager i was on hold for more than 15 minutes due to their non-customer service voice prompting ****, when I finally got to a live person I was told that the branch manager wouldn't take my call because she was opening up an account. Now anyone can open an account even a teller, and the branch manager should be working on customer complaints. THIS BANK IS THE WORST OF THE WORST....
