Worst bank ever that`s what my friend told me, none the less I opened 2 business accounts and now I ma facing so bad service, Its very very hard to get an associate on the phone, now it said that the wait time to speak to an associate is 3 minutes and its been 2 and half hour, all my other stuff I have ignored, because it is so urgent that I am not able to cut off the line, My whole day is wasted, so sad I could not go out and do anything else. worst service ever, my friend was right, also my friend said some very bad things about this bank which I wont write. Please if you can use other bank pleaseeee and dont regret like me.
