The worst bank in America. Convenience does not replace service. Maybe BOK should start reading these reviews so that could start acting like a serious business. Whats the point of online banking and expressway banking, the supposed most accurate account of what you have,(i was told) if they dont charge your account for your transactions until 2 or 3 days later? I had $60 worth of overdraft charges on my account because THEYsay that the transaction didn't get to them on time. BS! Its electronic! I was told that they sometimes dont recieve the transactions until 2 or 3 days later depending on when the receipt is deposited in addition to this i was also told that it could take as much as 180 days to process the transaction. Your presidents and people who make these rules to get over on others should be arrested or even shot for all I care for the

I would be very careful banking here. They are not helpful, if you ever get your card stolen and it gets used, prepare for one heck of a battle trying to get your money back! They seem to be so big they care very little about their customers. 24/7 customer service is nice when they are not being rude!

I know a lot of people who use this bank for the one reason that they have lots of locations and at least one of the locations will be within a mile since they have all the offices in grocery stores etc. Other than location convenience, I don't know anyone who really likes this bank. It is near impossible to get a loan with them, unless you have so much money you don't really need their loan.
