I GOT SCREWED OVER BY THEM TOO!!!

I was with them for years, and always paid about 2 months in advance. And on 9-26-2009, I was hit by a car that didn't stop at a stop sign, and then drove off. I told Bristol West that there was frame damage and all the details and Bristol West told me on the phone that they would pay for it and i'll just pay a $500 deductable. Then the guy comes out to tell me they are totaling it. and it gets worse... Before they even call me to give me "the details" about it, they send me all this paperwork and tell me to SEND IN MY PINK SLIP. That tells me they want to "steal" my car and repair it to sell to someone else. NO WAY are they getting my pink slip. I wish I would have researched them a long time ago.. This is NOT the only website Ive found stating how crooked Bristol West really are. I guess it's my fault for not researching them and learning from other people's mistaks. I hope this helps someone in the future to know that they cannot trust Bristol West(aka Coast National Insurance Group, aka Foremost Insurance Group)

I absolutely agree. I had full coverage auto insurance through Bristol West for about 2 years on my brand new car, never had a late payment, and never had any accidents or traffic violations. Someone hit my car while it was parked and drove off so I called to see if it was covered and they told me I would have to pay for it up front and they would reimburse me, they never did... I'm STILL waiting for money. Needless to say, I don't have my insurance through them anymore.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE IT IS NO GOOD. IT DOESN'T LIKE TO PAY OUT FOR NOTHING!!!!! YOU THE CUSTOMER MIGHT END UP GETTING SUED.
