Today i tried to withdraw my cash from Capital One Bank 42nd street branch. They told me the max i could have is 10,000 if i wanted more I would have to order it for some time next week. 20 branches in Manhattan and all they could give me was $10,000 cash from my 200,000 cash on deposit......get ur funds out of this scam bank asap. The manager told me he was calling the cops on me and told me to leave the bank, I replied call the police and i will be calling cnn ....he hung up the phone fast. i ended up closing my accounts with bank checks that will take a few days to clear.

I would definitely recommend cap one to a friend. I have used cap one for home equity and credit cards in the past. Here are my thoughts
- Good customer service despite what some of those other reviews have said
- Rates are good. The home equity rate I received was well below market average
- Help is available through great online tools or a call center that is always available.

Capital One has horrible customer service. Be careful not to get in any sticky situations with them because they will not contact you about it- nor, will they assist you. Also, they have very limited offers once you sigh on with them. And, if they offer you a "no-membership fee," make sure you keep the stub, or else, they will charge you one and ask for proof otherwise! Yikes!
