just terrible, i cancelled my card:
1. Your call is contantly disconnetected and they say they can never call back when disconnected.
2. They say they put notice on your account, but they never do that.
3. When they have to pay something, they ask you to send some document, and they say they never received it, probably because of USPS. Then they ask you to send a fax, but they say they never received any fax again, but my fax machine reports they had received. Hmmm....
Worst company in the US, avoid it
