chase has the worst customer service ever. I spoke to a csr to talked about the annual fee that they like to change and then charge you a finance fee on top. they say it is done on the same time each year but its not. this cost me an over limit fee( my first one mind you) and they would not even give me a credit for the fee. She was so rude and condescending on the phone. I am closing my account no wonder their stock is going down.
