- 5 Stars for Chase. Chase bank is the worst bank ever! Seriously, they are just out to take people's money. They just take take take. I suggest that everyone just boycott Chase because they are full of it! They have the highest interest rates I have ever seen. They are the worst credit card company. God forbid you have a late payment or miss one. Online banking is misleading as far as transactions pending. Their customer service representatives are full ot. I never had so much headache with any other bank in my entire life.

They have fees for a purpose. When you park in a firelane, you get a ticket. When you overdraw or are late on your payment, they charge you a fee. The only difference is the ticket is way more expensive. Go to a local bank, they are always more helpful. You have a due date and time ahead of the due date. Chase will even call you phone to alert you the payment is due. Beyond not having you make a payment, I dont know what more they could do to remind people to pay.....
