WARNING!!!! Do not open an account with this company!
I have had and maintained a credit account in good standing with this company for 3 years. Chase arbitrarily increased interest rates to 30%! Repeated calls as to why and repeated calls to lower the interest rates are fruitless. Typical response is "no lower interest rates are available." No discussion. Period.

There are currently TV commercials promising a great relationship. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS VILE. YOU WILL GET BURNED! And you will soon be paying 30% interest on your purchases.

Jeffrey we have all had similiar experiences. Chase uses "bait and switch" tactics.

I wish we could contact the news or even the President about this bank. They have caused me and others so many problems and they lie it's not fair that we can't do anything and have to just push it under the rug.

Chase charges 29.99% on their credit cards and gives 0.01% on their savings accounts, despite what they advertise. Then there are all the additional fees that Chase does not mention anywhere and no answer is provided by anyone as to what the fees are for. I no longer use Chase for anything and moved onto a much better bank, but I know someone who is still with them. Of course, any other bank chosen at random is much better.
