I joined in may o9 was told it paid 100.00 per doctors visit, limited to 5 per year. It paid for 1 preventative procedure per calender year. Just found out that my monthly cost jumped 50.00 per mo. and the Doc. visits only pay 70.00 now and the preventative procedure only pays 70.00. I tod the rep this isnt what I agreed to and she said they changed thier policies. I said a colonoscopy is going to be 1400.00 -2000.00 and they would only pay 70.00, thats a great deal for you folks. Prior to this I was paying 1190.00 a month for me alone and it was going to 1340.00 per mo. in Aug. 09. I have pre existing cond. RA. The bad part is my wife is healthy and was paing 450.00 per month and I switched her over to Cinergy in Sept.09. they said I should have been notified of the changes in Aug. but I didn't receive any thing. These people are lying,cheating thieves. Stay away please. I pay them 423.00 per mo. now. For what? Suppose to have 30,000.00 p/yr cap on hospital stays and 5,000.00 emergency rm. visit. Who knows. Don't know what I'm going to do but I feel I'm just being stolen from. It truly makes me want to cry.

The t v ads are very misleading. You pay a hefty price for very inadequate coverage. When I received the paperwork almost every page said, "this is not medical insurance" , that is the one true statement they made. Don't waste your money and your time with this company. All I can say is this non-insurance is only slightly better than nothing. In fact, you will be better off to put your money in a savings account at very low interest and just pray you stay healthy.

I was very disatified with the coverage,I was told it was not a limited plan,when I recieved my plan on 4-16-09.I reviewed it several days later. Being a busy business women I called & faxed my cancelion on 4-21-09, I was told I would be refunded. After 6 weeks, I call to check on refund and was told that I went past the preview time,there would be no refund.I asked to speak with a supervisor,I got voice mail.No returned call. I personaly felt misrepresented in coverage.I carry Blue Cross and was looking to find something cheaper .If you have real coverage stay with it.DONT be misrepresented,and lose $$.Its not real insurance,very limited
