Me and the 3 other adults in my household all bank at an in-store location. They are all wonderful, helpful, and highly service minded.

My husband and I liked being able to have separate accounts and being able to do transfers online. However, the hassle of security issues and customer service made us change banks. My husband and I were out when he would try to withdraw cash and find that his card was declined. He would call and be told that the pin numbers for a batch of cards was stolen and the accounts frozen. Unbelievably, three months later - the same thing happened. There's no warning for customers and on both occasions, it happened during the weekend and they couldn't reset the pin until the bank was opened. So much hassle and it caused us great concern about the security of our monies.

I agreed but downey did got sold, wonder what happend to its in-store retail branches and its employees

This is the best bank ever! I hope they dont close or get sold
