Experian is a poorly operated company and should not be entrusted with consumer information.

This company is completely wack. I used their freecreditreport.com site to get a free credit report and I got nothing. Their customer service representative is completely insane and unhelpful, and when I tried to cancel the account I was put on hold for an hour and I think I talked to the same insane rep who used the weirdest robotic accent that I could hardly understand. I don't think Experian is in any way legit!

They are crooks. They claim to remove incorrect data from your report, but they do not. They take you money and instead they immediately renew the date of the incorrect listing as if they were able to verify the information. Equifax and TransUnion both dropped the listing because it could not be verified. This is because it was incorrectly reported on the WRONG PERSON. Experian commits this fraud consistently and it is amazing they are allowed to get away with this.

Sneaky, very sneaky. After my 30 day trail they just started taking money out of my account! I just think an automated message telling me my free trail had run out would have been nice!
Thanks to them i have incurred a £30 referal charge from my bank! Oh the irony!
