farmers insurance agent Karineh Mangassarian is doing insurance fraud. She renews peoples policies without their consent. She never answers the phone, she thinks by not answering the phone the problems will go away. Her bitchy assistant is the one negotiating prices on the phone and she claims that the reason the price went up on your claim is because of a mistake on their computer............Wow! how many people pay for this mistake... and who collects this money...

Farmers used to be a great company until it was bought by British American Tobacco and later merged with BAT holdings and Zurich Insurance. Too much money goes overseas forcing them to charge exhorbitant rates as they try to feed multiple mouths.

Bait and Switch typical corporate fraud against average American consumers. Lure you away from your current company with the predictable lower rate... for the first year. Then next year Farmers jacks your rate through the roof and cuts coverages. Minocqua Wisconsin Agent was a complete parasite. Lied about homeownes policy complete loss payout. Agent lied during sales pitch saying Farmers would cut me a check at the limits of my coverage, $427, 000.00 would be handed to me in a check if I ever lost my home ever to a complete loss and I decided not to rebuild. He told me the policy spelled out Farmers complete loss payout. I read the policy several times and could not find language as he said there was. I asked him to direct me to the languate in my policy. He just had Farmers send me another copy of my policy, which I already had. I asked him again to provide Farmers complete loss payout language. Next he lied again, saying he never said that.
Insusrance agents are mostly parasites. Be very aware! Ask and get written answers to any and all questions. If your ever have a claim it is the only way you will possibly get Farmers to honor their contractual agreement.. If they think you can not afford an attorney, Farmers will deny almost everyl large loss claims, hoping you will not be able to afford to sue them in court to force them to honor their insurance contract with you. I learned the hard way. They screwed me. Took my money and did nothing...
