This bank is SO horrible!!! In feb/march 2009, something happened where it overdrew my account, they admitted it was their fault and never should have happened BUT they made me sign a paper that said i would NEVER ask for fees to be taken off my account ever again! Even though they admitted it was their fault! Then the guy said ill give you 30 days free of this protection for your account, i got an email from the protection company that said "to activate the account go to this website, put in this code, blalhlbah, and ENROLL in the protection to activate the account" Well i didnt feel like spending another 9 bucks on protection that would probably never help me, so i never went to that site! I never typed in their code, i never ENROLLED in the program. But they felt the need to charge me every month! I didnt notice, even on my statements, or on phone call transactions this charge was going on. I got fired in May was on a tight budget and watched my account like a hawk and still nothing flagged up about this charge, it wasnt till june when i absolutely had NO money in the account that i noticed the charge, and went negative 93 bucks from a 9 dollar charge!!! I went in explaining that i received the email, but didnt bring a copy because i didnt have a printer at the time, and she said i was a liar! And there was nothing they could do even if they wanted to because i signed that paper! My boyfriend and I BOTH experienced this and many other problems in our year and a half banking experience there. They charged me some 44 overdraft fee on top of the charge, on top of a 33 fee, on top of 8 bucks a day!!! All over 9 bucks! If i honestly knew they were taking money out i would have found 10 bucks to stick in there and canceled it months ago!
Bad bad bad!

They did the same thing to me, I added my wife to my account, when asked for this ID alert we said we didn't want it but, the manager asked my wife to sign some papers to put her on my account and one of those he slipped in the ID alert form. I had done all my accounting and transfered from our savings account to checking to cover all our bills and on Monday went in to deposit to our savings to put back to money I used Friday, We only had $4.35 in our savings but ,when the $9.00 charge hit Monday morning from our savings we when OD on savings and they charged me $68.00 on Tuesday. I went in to my branch where the new manager told me they would give us back $8.00 since I made a cash deposit on Monday but the $60.00 there was nothing she could do.5/3 is a scammers bank
