Same thing happened to my Sister, it is called breach of contract and fraud in the inducement(lying about coverage) only we woint go away, they have endless reserves and hope that you will go away. The bad publicity we will cause them is going to be more than the loan payoff

Don't get the life insurance option in which they will reassure you that should the owner pass away, this insurance will pay off the vehicle - it's a lie so they can get your money.

They're giving us the runaround, and the widow is getting repeated calls from a collections agency. Just try to reach your contact on the phone, and she's conveniently away from her desk or on another line. It's bad enough that you have to lose someone you love, and now Ford Motor Credit Life is making the widow's life miserable. No compassion. No understanding. They are heartless and uncaring. They will make it so hard for you that you will give up and go away - typical tactic.
