Just try to reach your contact on the phone, and she's conveniently away from her desk or on another line. It's bad enough that you have to lose someone you love, and now Ford Motor Credit Life is making the widow's life miserable. No compassion. No understanding. They are heartless and uncaring. They will make it so hard for you that you will give up and go away - typical tactic.
