I am not a client of Loya insurance. Their client caused an accident in which I was involved. Clear cut case with a Houston Police Department officer as witness. Loya insurance has taken so long to "investigate" that my wonderful Travelers insurance is in litigation with them to pay the claim.
Speaking with the Loya insurance employees is much like talking with an unsophisticated merchant at a flea market. Poor language skills. Lack of interest in handling claims. Very low level of professionalism.
My adjuster with Travelers indicated that this company has low premiums on insurance, but equally low service and claims paying...even for their own clients.
If you are looking for an insurance provider I suggest you keep looking. This one is a dog.
