In my opinion, Honda Financial Services is a good company. People seem to forget the fact then when they sign any contract with a loan provider or financial outfit, they are held by their promise to pay their bill in full each month, every month -- and this is regardless of future circumstances. Tough times happen and payments may be late or missed altogether, but it is my experience that if you are a proactive, courteous and historically reliable customer, big "mean" corporations will work with you. They want your business; they also want to make money.

Their website is easy to navigate and comprehensive and their customer service center is pleasant, respectful and helpful. It is the customer's responsibility to make payments on time and if issues in your personal/financial life arise and make sending payments difficult, it is ALSO your responsibility to be proactive and contact the financial institution. If you can't pay for something, then it is expected that you cannot keep it.

Honda Financial Services is not your mom. It does not owe favors. The only negative reviews I have seen for this company have been from people who have been late on their payments or bit off more than they could chew in purchasing their vehicles. Let's exercise a little personal responsibility, people.

I have a problem with Honda Financial Services, they sold my son a car in November 2007, that he could not afford, did not tell him he was leasing it at $493.00 a month, now he has been trying to refianace with Honda to get a lower payment and they will not help him, he is struggling to pay his car note, he has been late several times and when he late you guys call to threated him saying you going to reprossed the car. I don't think that is right. I am thinking of contacting BBB. Thank You for listening to my complaint.

Although we have had a rough start I like most of the people I've been in contact with - but that damn computer is making me angry! I made my June payment a tad late on 26 June.. .so to make up for it I made my July pmt on June 29 (via internet). I just got my bill from the mailbox and it isn't showing up on my bill - which indicates I am late when in fact I was 3 weeks early!!!!!!!

This is the most uncaring company I've seen. My son fell behind on payments, partly the fault of his bank, who didn't post a deposit. Honda repocessed his car and told him he had to pay off entire loan to get it back. They would not let him pay the delinquent amount to get it back. Bad business I think.

I had a bad expierience with honda finance because of the enconomy i had some problems but willing to pay 2 months in advance to keep my honda accord lease because i need a way to get to work and to the store but honda wouldnt help me i took care of my accord and really wanted to buy it now i have to worry about hoe im getting to work because i need to work they did nothing or cared about helping me or trying to work this out I will never buy another honda and i will tell my family and friends not to either there are other car dealers I am truly unhappy. mary marini
