In my opinion, Honda Financial Services is a good company. People seem to forget the fact then when they sign any contract with a loan provider or financial outfit, they are held by their promise to pay their bill in full each month, every month -- and this is regardless of future circumstances. Tough times happen and payments may be late or missed altogether, but it is my experience that if you are a proactive, courteous and historically reliable customer, big "mean" corporations will work with you. They want your business; they also want to make money.
Their website is easy to navigate and comprehensive and their customer service center is pleasant, respectful and helpful. It is the customer's responsibility to make payments on time and if issues in your personal/financial life arise and make sending payments difficult, it is ALSO your responsibility to be proactive and contact the financial institution. If you can't pay for something, then it is expected that you cannot keep it.
Honda Financial Services is not your mom. It does not owe favors. The only negative reviews I have seen for this company have been from people who have been late on their payments or bit off more than they could chew in purchasing their vehicles. Let's exercise a little personal responsibility, people.
