They have the worst customer service. Keep kicking people around. I've been frustrated with them for quite a while, but now this is it. They posted two incidents like chipped glass and smb hitting my bumber in the parking lot as my moving violations and now I might have to pay extra $300 for my new insurance!! Nobody knows there what is going on.
This company is horrible! They do NOT know what they are doing, they transfer your calls to at least five different people who don't know what they are doing. Hope no one gets stuck with this auto insurance company. They are terrible!
