Kemper:
They give low quotes when comparing with other companies for both auto and home insurance. The problem is after the premium is paid they always submit another bill for additional coverage and say oops sorry we made a mistake. If this only happened once I wouldn't care but the truth is on every bill i've paid so far this has happened. I've only been with Kemper for two years. Travelers never did this there bill was correct 100 percent. My question is why can't Kemper submit the bill once and be right ??????????
