The branch I go to is friendly and do not care if you have a few hundred dollars or thousands. The branch I am talking about is in Prescott, AZ. Maybe it is different in different parts of the country.

I use to work for M&I Bank but resigned after realizing that their management doesn't care about the employees or customers but just themselves. They look down upon a customer that does not pass chexsystem or have bad credits. M&I Bank only cares about you as a customer if you have thousands or millions with them. If you only have a couple hundreds then they treat you like ****. I also learned that in order to get promoted in M&I Bank you need to kiss the right ASS, yes you need to know the right people to get promoted. It doesn't matter if you are a hard worker who always make your sales, if you don't kiss the right ass then they'll leave you where you are. This has been my experience with M&I Bank as a former employee and customer.

I agree. I used to work for them as well. Mark Furlong takes huge bonuses yet the bank is taking money from the Government. Management will throw you under the bus even though advice was given from them. Constantly changing policies and conflicting information causes confussion. It will be a matter of time before the get bought out.
