I have been a member with Midwest for over 17 years as well as my mom. Recently she became ill and asked for a reduction in her payment on her visa. Four days later they closed her account and reduced her payment. She called to inquire about why they closed her account and they stated they reviewed her account and made the decision. We have been good members in good standing and this is they way they treated us. I would not recommend this credit union to any person. During a difficult time is when they should try to help their loyal members.
