This is a criminak bank.Online banking shows positive balance, yet you still get a charge days later for overdraft fee when the transaction clearly show a positive balance.I am movig from this bank and i thought BOFA was bad.The customer service people are extremely rude and codesceding.It is the bank form hell and they rob customers.
The worst bank every had for two years before switching to PNC. Took forever for your direct deposits to go through plus they have the worst custermer service representives ever. Would not go back to this bank if someone paid me.

Website features never work (cannot view statements, view cancelled checks, submit communication online... features purport to be available, but never function properly.)
Inconvenient branch hours. (they close at 3pm?! most of us work at least 8 hours a day for a living...)
Fees, fees, fees. (when my balance was listed as positive, I was charged an overdraft fee, because not enough days had passed since i deposited a check. IF funds are not available, why did M&T add it to my "Available Funds" balance?!?!)
I am leaving M&T immediately. They are thieves - every semester I deposit a check from the same bank and it takes less than a week to clear. They have arbitrarily decided to hold this semester's deposit over 11 days. Criminals. And, they have condescending asses for customer reps.
The bank from hell. They are thieves. They charge big fees, have the worst service open week day hours only, have horrible bitches working for them, and hold your money like it is theirs.
