Prudential Financial Reviews
My parents took a life insurance policy out on me through prudential financial sometime in the mid 80s, It was paid in full so i was able to take a cash value option on the policy, although ability is not a word that comes to mind when dealing with these people. When i called them the first time they told me they would be sending me a letter that i would then sign and return to them upon wich …they would have 7 to 10 buisness days to review and the same to send me my check. The original letter was suppossed to be sent within the 7 to 10 buisness day slot as well. Well it has been 2 months of phone calls, address varifications, and status checks and i still have not recieved the original letter from them. Also, i've realised i need to write down every conversation i have with them because all of the staff have given me conflicting information. If i was late with my payments of the original policy they would of cancelled it in a heart beat, so why is it taking so long for them to give me the cash value? The only good thing i can think of when dealing with these plastic paranahs in the city of salt (they are located in newark, new jersey worst city in the worst state ... i guess they fit right in) is that thank god i'm not dead and myparents aren't trying to get them to pay the policy so they could bury me. It would be a long hot 2 months for a decomposing body.
Worst company i've ever dealt with i think they are worse then those credit card companys that give you free t shirts on springbreak if you fill out an application. Then send you a card and a catalog and charge you 500 dollars for not cancelling your card within an allotted time period
