I banked with regions for 10 years and to my dismay I was having funds just disappear out of my account. i would call over and over because my account kept coming up short. I am the QUEEN of balancing my check book so I was very disturb about why my funds kept coming up short. I had a battle with the sorry *** customer service and had to go on and see a manager to get everything straighten out. I still had to get my account changed and when asked if i wanted to stay at Regions I gave the the finger took the money out the account and withdrew the amount that was placed back in my account 10 DAYS LATER! that customer service was stealing.......i don't understand how people can say this bank is #1 it SUCKS!
