I have been a customer for 11 years. I recently had over $1300 in fraudulent charges in my checking account that I reported immediately. The charges were made on the Internet with my debit card number (which I still have possesion of). I was told that I had to wait until the charges posted to my account and then file a claim. So I waited and filed a claim 3 days later after the charges posted. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I have still not seen a penny. I will get my money back and I will NEVER bank with Regions ever again.
