I came back from medical leave and worked for 2 weeks and 2 days and was brought in the office to let me know due to a performance review that was done on me from another position I once had I received an unacceptable rating and I was being fired with 2 weeks pay due to down sizing of the company. I have been employed for 15 years and had been a manager for 7 years and recently took on a Financial Service Specialist job because of the stress the upper managers was putting on me for not being able to do my job because my branch was so shorted handed many employees had left the bank. Do you know the next day after stepping down from the position into another role. The upper management placed a full stafff of employees at the branch. If that wasn't a message I don't know what is. It is true the old Regions employees they no longer want and they are doing what ever dirty thing they can to get rid of you. It really mess up with my retirement because I needed one more year to be invested to received my retirement at 55 years old now I will have to wait until I am 65 years old. I will be 44 years old this year. I rate Amsouth(regions) no stars for being so dirty with their employees. There needs to be a class action law suit against these type of practices. Oh yell the other employee they fired the same day had been on medical leave but just didn't have the years of service I did. DIRTY DIRTY REGIONS
