The Shell New Orleans FCU was federally chartered in 1947 and was limited to serve only a handful of employees of Shell Oil Company in New Orleans. Today, the membership is open to any person who lives, works, worships or attends school in either Orleans or Jefferson parish and the families of any existing member. Its main office is in New Orleans, LA.
