Their website is not user friendly. Customer Service is limited to business hours EST, which is a hassle for those of us on the west coast or deployed overseas.
I have a Roth IRA with TRP. Our current economy isn't leading to huge growth, but my Blue Chip Growth account is holding it's own. Additionally, I find their website easy to deal with, which is a definite plus for me!
